About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for the 72 or 144 hour free visa in Shanghai? Thank you

I am a New Zealand citizen. Flight is Auck to Shanghai via 2hrs in Guangzhou.

Heather, I'm afraid the two-hour layover in Guangzhou makes you ineligible for the 72 or 144 hour free transit in Shanghai.

Heather, sorry, it won’t make any difference because you will stop in Guangzhou and Shanghai. If you want to use the 144 hour free transit, you can only transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang or Jiangsu.
