Hello,
I am Syrian and I live in Istanbul. My husband works in China. I want to get visa S2 to visit him. I prepared all documents but my residence in Turkey is from Ankara and I live in Istanbul so is there any problem if I apply to the Chinese Consulate General in Istanbul?
