Can non-married couples get a S1 Visa

My company has hired a new employee (he will receive a Z type) and he wants to bring his fiancee with him. Can she get a S1 type, and if so, how would they go about proving their relationship? Thanks!

Cody, I'm afraid his fiancee cannot get the S1 type. Only after they get married, can she apply for the S1 type. Otherwise, they have no way to prove their relationship.
