About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I leave the airport using the 24 Hours Transit Visa? I'm not qualified for the 72 Hours Transit.

When using the 24 hour direct transit, you just need to apply for a temporary stay permit which is free of charge at the immigration inspection office, and then you can leave the airport.
