About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Return with Z-Visa

I came to PRC on Z-type on 28th June 2016 and it was written on my Z type that duration of stay is 000 and "Required to apply for resident permit within 30days after entry". But because of any emergency i want to go back my country now after only 15 days (13th July 2016). I have not applied for Resident permit. Is it ok for me? Immigration will allow me to go back?

Dear, the work Z type just has single entry, so once you exit PRC, you need to re-apply for a new work Z type when you re-enter.
The immigration won’t allow you to enter unless you can provide a new work Z type.

Thanks for reply..I know about re-entry. I just want to confirm about my exit..There will be no problem in my exit within 30 days? Immigration will not ask anything regarding my resident permit? will they allow me to leave china now?

Don’t worry! You are allowed to exit within 30 days, so you can leave PRC now.
