Marriage status conformation

Where can I request a marriage status conformation, if an Australian resident has marriage in China?

You should go to the Australian consulate in your city in China, or embassy if you are in Beijing. You need to book an appointment with the notarial department. You make appointments online, on their website. You will then need to go by yourself with your partners passport.
