About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

How long before entering China can you apply for the visa?

Can I apply in another state or even another country I am visiting if I will be out of my own state within the time period of applying as we are traveling for 4-5 months before entering PRC

R, generally speaking, you can apply for the tourist entry permit as early as three months before you enter PRC. If you are not in your country within the period you can apply, you can do the application in another state or country.
