About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

72 Hour Visa free transit question?

I was wondering if it's possible to get the 72 Hour free transit? this is my plan of travel - Brisbane to Hong Kong - Hong Kong to Sanya - Sanya to Hong kong - Hong Kong to Beijing - Beijing to Brisbane.

I wanted to do a full day tour to see Great Wall of China and Forbidden Palace.

Can I get a 72 Hour free transit?

Hi Peter! You can enjoy the 72-hour free transit for the travel in Beijing, so it's no problem that you can visit the Great Wall and Forbidden City. However, for your stay in Sanya, you need an entry permit, but it's possible to get a VOA. Enjoy your trip!

You just need to the application form when you are at the port. Later, hand in the passport and application form. Finally, pay for the VOA.
