If you're a foreign student studying in India but you're selected for a scholarship in China and the university which you got selected sent you all the required documents for entry permit.can you apply for it here in india or it is must to go apply in your original country

As you have residence permit in India, you can apply for it from there. If you cannot get it from there, you can go back to your home country to apply it.
