Can you get traveler's cheques from the banks in China

I currently have two banks in Shanghai...ICBC and Bank of China. I will soon be travelling and contemplating getting traveler's cheques. Will either of those banks issue me cheques? Or where can i go to get them in Shanghai?
thanks

Both banks can provide traveler's cheques. Please take your passport to a business hall of either bank to complete the process.
