F Visa criteria

i am applying fo F type what criteria do i need to apply for it and do i need medical paper to attach with it?

Her, you don’t need to provide the medical paper if it is not required by the consular officers.
You just need to provide the application form attached with a passport-style photo, your passport and copies of all the used pages, and an invitation letter from a unit or entityPRC.
