Flight attendant want to fly with a staff ticket to Beijing. How is it possible to apply for a Visa?

I'm a flight attendant with Qatar Airways and want to visit my sister who is teaching in Beijing. I want to fly with a 'Staff ticket' which means I do not receive a ticket that is issued to me. Will that be sufficient if my company proof that I fly with a staff ticket to apply for a visa

Thanks
Alice

Alice, if you can get the proof from your company, I think you can use the ticket to apply for the visa. Actually, you can ask your sister to issue an invitation letter to you, and then the air tickets may not be needed.
