About:Prohibited Items

Can we carry one wine bottole in the check-in baggage?

They hotel where I am staying has given a complementry wine bottle. I want to take it home(India). So it is allowed to carry it in check in baggage from china. What precautions I should take while carrying it, packaging it?
Please help

You can put the wine in check-in baggage, and there is no need to declare it. You should to well pack it to avoid breaking it. You are suggested to label a 'Fragile' symbol on it when you check the luggage.
