Transit visa 144h for Shanghai

Hello,
I'd like to know if I need entry permit or not for my stay in Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou.
I'm south korean and my husband is french.
We'll take flights of China Southern Airlines;
Paris 10:15 October 20 -Amsterdam 11:35 October 20 2016 / code share operated by KLM
Amsterdam 09:30 PM Oct 20 -Shanghai 02:05 Oct. 21 2016 / code share operated by KLM

Shanghai PVG 08:25 oct. 27 2016 - Seoul ICN 11:10 oct. 27 2016 /China Southern Airlines
Do we need to take a tourist L type or can we go without entry permit and take the 144h free transit in pudong airport?
Best regards

Petit, both of you don’t need to take a tourist L type because you can enjoy the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou.

WE DON'T HAVE ANY OFFICIAL INFORMATION FOR 144H STAY FROM CHINESE EMBASSY.
PLEASE REFER TO YOUR AIRLINE COMPANY.
This is the answer from CENTRE DE PARIS / VISA FOR CHINA when I asked the same question.
I don't have any official answer for this stay.

As a foreigner flying frequently to Shanghai, I know this policy has been implemented since the end of January this year, and I have used it once.
