About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

would I qualify for the 72 hour free visa?

I am a US citizen flying from South Korea to Shanghai and back to South Korea, this would be for 72 hours

If you wanna use the 144h twov in Shanghai you must fly out to a third country.

But you can´t fly back to S. Korea if you come from there.

But what about the 72 hour visa, can I do it that way for that?

There´s no 72h twov in Shanghai anymore, just the 144 h.

But for both it´s the same - come from country A, stay in China and fly to Country B.

You can´t fly Country A - China - Country A.

So it doesn´t work when you fly S.Korea - China - S.Korea.
