Can you please let me know what is the best way to get from Tooyo hotel in Xian to the airport?

From the hotel, you are suggested to take a taxi to get to Grand Metropark Hotel (East Street) first. The cab fare is about CNY 9 per person in the day time. Then there are airport shuttle bus East Street Line that can take you to the terminal building. The bus takes around an hour on the way. And the ticket fare is CNY 25 per person.0
