Visa for Libyan Passport Holder

Hi, my boss (a diplomat) is planning for a tour in HK with his family. While his son is a Diplomatic Passport Holder, his wife is a Libyan Passport Holder. We have a Chinese Embassy here where we can submit application however we were told that the processing will take approximately one and a half month. Is there a possible way to expedite the processing? Thanking you in advance..
