Entering Guangzhou from Hong Kong

Me and a friend will be visiting Hong Kong this coming August. Are we able to visit Guangzhou by train without previously getting a visa? Shenzhen offers visa at entry, does Guangzhou offer the same?

Raymond, I'm afraid you can't get the VOA for Guangzhou. It doesn't issue such documents if you are not in an emergency. You should apply for a tourist L type entry permit ahead of your entry.
