What is the best way from Hong Kong international airport to guzhen or zhongshan at night 1am?

You will have no choice with public transportation at that time. I suggest you stay overnight near the airport. In the next morning, take a direct cross-border coach at the Coach Terminal, T2 to Zhongshan. The first schedule is at 07:30. It takes around 3h and the fare is 250HKD.
