if i arrive at huaihua south train station, how far is it to the bus station from there?

Also, does the bus go directly to Fenghuang or to some other town nearby?  If it stops in Fenghuang itself, where in Fenghuang does it stop- the old or new part of the town?

First of all, the coaches to Fenghuang County depart from West Bus Station. It is about 6 miles (10km) from South Railway Station. You can take a taxi to the bus station directly. The buses are available from 6:40 to 17:40, and the fare is CNY 39 per person. The buses stop at Fenghuang General Passenger Transport Station, the new part of the town. The station is about 1.5 miles (2.5km) from the old town.
