About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

im flying from manila philippines to tokyo Japan and i am a filipino citizen.

my name is Mark, i have a one stop at shanghai for about 8 hours can i enjoy the 72 hours? before proceeding my flight to japan?

Mark, you can enjoy the 24-hour direct transit policy there, so no visa is required.
