About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

cruise tour from SHANGHAI to Tokyo

Good morning I'm from Philippine, but I stay in Japan for 30 years a permanent residence . I want to know i need a Visa for my tour cruise for 4 days.The ship cruise will start at SHANGHAI to Tokyo

Arlene, you need to get an entry permit for the stay in Shanghai in advance. You can apply for it at the PRC embassy or consulate in Japan.
