Can I get a sim card with data so I can use Facebook to call Australia?

Hi, as long as you figure it out which carrier your mobile phone accepts, it is so easy to get a sim card with data in the service office of China Unicom, Mobile or Telecom. However, to get access to Facebook, you also need to get VPN or something.
