Can we book in-country flights for (8 year old) children that will be adopted in Tianjin, but don't yet have passport numbers? We will be traveling as a family of eight, but our two new children will not get a passport until days before travel. Can we book early and add their passport numbers later? We will need to fly from Tianjin to Guangzhou on May 27.
