About:Adopt Chinese Children

Certificate of Profession question in regarding adoption

Thank you for explaining this clearly here, my question is about the certificate of profession, does it have to state clearly the length of contract, annual income, things like that? Also we live in Shenyang, do we have to apply here then also go to Beijing as well to apply, or just apply State level?

Dave, you are required to make it clear what kind of job you are doing and annual income to show you have the ability to take care of the child.
Besides, you also need statements of your marriage and health. These documents should be handed over to the embassy in Shenyang.
Once you get the permission for the adoption, take the permit to the civial affair department in the child's hometown to deal with the following procedure.

Thank you so much for your time to answer, you said give it to Embassy, what Embassy is this? Also my contract is over in June, so should I mentioned that or don't?

Dave, do you mean you are out of work now? If so, I'm afraid that the adoption might not work.
These documents need to be submitted to your country's embassy in Shenyang.
