Arriving and Departing Internationally, just move arival gate to departing gate at PEK?

I'am traveling from the United States to the Philippines on Air China, stopping at PEK to change international flights.

When I arrive at PEK will I be at T3 E and will I then catch the connecting flight staying in T3 E (both on the same 2nd floor)?
