About:China Visa Application in USA

I will be traveling from Sydney, Australia to PEK and then departing from Xi'an to Dallas Fort Worth

I am traveling from Sydney Australia to PEK (via Hong Kong) and then departing from Xi'an to DFW (with a stop in Shanghai). I am eligible for visa free travel or must I obtain a visa for China. If I need to obtain a visa, I am not located near a Chinese Embassy. Do you have a recommended agent I could use to assist in obtaining my visa?

You are eligible for 240 visa free transit if staying in China for no more than 10 days but longer than 24 hours. If less than 24 hours, you are eligible for 24-hour visa-free transit and no visa is needed either. Anyway, you need to purchase the flight ticket from Xian to USA before entering.

Upon landing in Beijing, go to the 24/240-hour visa-free transit counter to obtain an entry permit, then you will be free to move around between these mentioned cities.
