About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

if we overstay and we wanted to go home.. what should we do..

i heard many filipino's who doesnt have papers don't have gots to go home because of the very expensive fees and jail for 3 months.. some been in china for 10 to 20 years here.. please give details of the situation. and if really have to pay how much.. and how many days will travel back in phil.

Dear, you should report your situation to the local PSB as soon as possible. After that, according to your situation, you may be required to pay the fine and receive other punishment. You need to pay the fine CNY 500 per day, but the total amount won’t be more than CNY10,000. If your situation is not serious, after paying the fine, you need to apply for an exit pass and then you can leave PRC to go home.
