Naveed, you can apply for it at the PRC embassy or cosulate in Japan or at the HK Immigration Department by posting your application documents there. You need to prepare a copy of your passport, a copy of your residence card in Japan, a filled application form, a bare-headed photo of youself, a copy of round-trip transportation and accommodation arrangement proofs, a travel itinerary, and a copy of your financial background.
