visa application inquire in qingdao

hello there! i am a papua new guniea national and a student stuyding here in qingdao. i would like to go to Seoul for my vacation and have been trying to reach the number given on the web page for the Skorean consulate for the requirements but seems like the number is out of reach most of the time. can someone help me here how to apply for entry permit and to keep in touch with the representative in qingdao? thanks and if so please contact me. i would really appreciate that.

You should first prepare the required documents including the application form attached with a passport-sized color photo, your passport and copy of its data page, travel itinerary, and School letter, as well as your residence permit in PRC. Next, you can submit your application to the consulate general on your own, or you can find a designated travel agency to do it for you.
