S1-Visa will expire in November 2016

Hi All,
I am working in China, my wife has S1-type valid till November 2016 and she is now back in Pakistan.
I am planing to bring my wife and my daughter here in February 2017, it means her S1 will be expired in Pakistan.
(1). While I am in Shenzhen can she EASILY get again S1-type from Chinese Embassy in Pakistan or will there be any issue?
(2). For less than one year baby, medical is required?
(3). For my wife again medical and police character certificate will be required?
I am clear about other documents.
Please help me in this regards,
