S1 visa with HIV possible in China?

Good day, I would like to know if i can apply for a Chinese S1 visa living with HIV. My husband owns a company in China and he is HIV negative.

If you need to be a long-term resident in China, there will be some restrictions. For short-term stay, it's OK.
