About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying from Hong Kong to Beijing

Hi, I am flying from Hong Kong to Beijing on June 2 and staying in Beijing until June 5. Returning back to Hong Kong on June 5. So I will be in beijing for approximately 72 hrs... Can I get the 72hr visa. I am a US citizen so I have a US passport.

Natalie, no, you cannot use the free transit because after stay in Beijing, you fly back to HK, but you should fly to a third region or country rather than HK.
