About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi, am frank from Ghana, i want to apply for visa for a factory visit, what are the steps?

The factory had already send the invitation letter to me
what should i do, because i had made thirty percent payment to them for making 1500 folding chairs and 100 tables. I need to go and inspect the goods before shipping.thanks

Hi Frank, first of all, you should prepare all the application documents, including a valid passport, a copy of your passport, and a filled-out application form attached with your recently-taken bare-headed photo. Then submit the above-mentioned documents along with the invitation letter to the embassy and apply for an M type. Finally, upon the notice of the office, go there and get your passport and documents back.
