Flying through Guangzhou airport

Hello, we are group of 4 flying through baiyun airport from Paris (CDG) to Manila (MNL). First time traveling through china. Are 2 hours enough time for transfer international to international flight? And do we have to pass imigration (customs) or is it really that easy just to go to transfer desk and thats it?
