inquiry about visit to japan

Dear Sir,
i am from pakistan and recently i am studying in china. i want to visit japan here from PRC for a short period.please tell me the procedure to get visa for japan.

Maqsood, you can just apply for a tourism entry permit. First, you should prepare the required documents including your passport, the application form and a photo, proof transportation arrangement such as round trip air tickets, and proof of your financial support, as well as your travel itinerary and your residence permit in PRC.
And then find a travel agency designated by the embassy of Japan (China International Travel Service or Exit and Entry Service of the Foreign Affairs Office of Beijing Municipality) to submit the application to the embassy of Japan in Beijing for you to apply.
