12days in sichuan during may

Question

We are planning 12days in Sichuan during May : grass skiing ? highlight of our plan/ routes is to visit  Chengdu, 牛背山niubeishan, 色达 Serta, Chongqing. Definitely maybe day tour/ package guide to take us to  牛背山niubeishan and 色达 serta would be most convenient. Please advise how best for us to work this out.

To Niubeishan, you may take bus from Chengdu Xinnanmen Bus Station heading to Hailuogou at 9:30 and get off at Leng Qi Town, then charter a car to Niubeishan. From Niubeishan to Seda, you can take bus or taxi from Leng Qi to Luding first, then change bus from Luding to Kangding (around 2 hours), upon arrival, purchase the bus ticket at Kangding Bus Station and head to Seda next morning.
