Travelling from HK to Guangzhou - 15days free visa

Hey, I'm going to HK in November.
Few days ago there was an announcement that there is 15 days visa free entry for Polish citizens.
Can I take a bullet train from HK to Guangzhou and get that visa there? Or there is another way to go to Guangzhou from HK with this 15 days free visa?

It doesn't matter how do you arrive in Guangzhou. You can either take a train from HK or take a ferry to Guangzhou.
