1. Is there tourist attractions close on specific day during March? Or they will open 365 days? I read Tiananmen will be close every Monday?2. What is the best way go to Great wall? Join group tour or explore by myself? Which one is better: Badaling or Mutianyu?Thanks

1. Generally, the attractions would be open for 365 days a year, except some museums would close on Monday. You can still visit Tiananmen Square on Monday. But I heard the Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao is closed on Monday.2. The public transportation is very convenient. You can totally go there by yourself. It is recommended to visit Badaling. It is the most popular section in CN. You can take train S2 at BJ North Railway Station straightly to the scenic area. Bus 877 from Deshengmen can also take you there directly.
