About:China Train Stations

New Rules = New Passport need to be Verified?

Hi :)
I wanna ask, i heard that the new rules of buying online ticket in china new passport need to be verified first before u change the booking number with the real ticket, is it true ?
If is it true, where i can verified it in the station?

If you book from us, you need to upload the passenger passport copy online based on the real name policy. We will issue the tickets for you and offer you the pick up number. You only need to show the ticket pick up number and all the passengers' original passport at the railway station for the paper ticket collection. Paper ticket is a must for boarding. Thank you.
