About:China Visa on Arrival

Can I get the VOA at Zhuhai on the way to Hanoi, Vietnam with a Philippine passport?

I plan to visit Hongkong and Macau in the next two months. But on my way back home, I would like to travel by bus and train to Hanoi, Vietnam passing through Zhuhai, Foshan and Nanning in mainland China. Can I get a VOA at Zhuhai?

Samuel, you cannot get VOA there. You should apply for a relevant entry permit ahead of your trip.
Actually, if your layover time in mainland PRC is less than 24 hours in total, you can use the 24 hour direct transit, in this case, no entry permit is needed.

Samuel - you can apply for a tourist L type at the Chinese Embassy in Makati. Go early coz the queue is long!
