About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I have a valid visa on my old passport, do I need to transfer it onto the new passport to travel?

Doris, you don't need to transit it onto the new passport. If it's a one-year multiple entry typle, you can travel with both passports and enter. If it's a single entry type, you may need to apply for a new one. You can confirm this with the embassy.
