Q2 visa multiple entrance

Hi, My daughter got a Q2 type once before. This time I would like to apply for multiple entrance for her Q2. Do I just need to send a copy of her old entry permit? Do I understand right that the embassy in DC will not accept mailed application? Im in Nashville, TN. What kind of agency would you recommend to use?
Thanks
Rong

Rong, you are right. The application documents are the same as before. The only difference is to send a copy of her former Q2 to China.

The embassy in Washington DC does not accept mailed application, so you can use an agency or ask your friends or others to submit the application for you. I don't know much about agencies, hope you can understand. :)

Hi James, thanks for your reply. What do you mean by sending a copy of her Q2 to China? Embassy in PRC?

Dear, just like you said, I mean you need to provide a copy of her old Q2 type.
