Apply for Q1 or Q2 Visa from within China

I'm currently in China and hold a Q2 Visa which is going to reach the max. 180 days in a month. I need to apply for a new Visa from within China (planning to apply for Q1), how should I proceed? Can I just go to a Visa Center here in Chengdu? Where do i find the application forms? On the Swiss website there is only a click though available.

You should go to the Chengdu exit and entry administration, instead of visa center, to apply for a Q1 visa and consult about the application procedures.
