About:China Family Reunion Visa

Can a student visa be converted to a spousal type?

My husband and I both came here to further our education. He has completed his course, but I am still doing my degree. He wants to stay with me. What are our options?

Missy, it’s possible for him to change the current X type to a spouse S type, but he’d better contact with the exit and entry administration of the local PSB and conform that.
