Hi, how do i get to Empark Grand Hotel in Cixi from Shanghai by public transport?

1.What is the best way to get there by bus or by train?
2.What bus or train should i take in order to get there?
3.Which bus or train station should i depart from and to?
4.How much does the train or the bus cost?

No train runs between these two places. So you can take long-distance bus from South Bus Station and get to Cixi Bus Station first. The bus schedules are from 07:25 to 20:05 at intervals of 30 mins. It costs CNY 90 per person. After arriving, take bus no. 228 to get to Luwei Road. Then walk west along Binhai 2nd Road around 580 yards (530 meters) to find the destination.
