Roberto, could you please present us a bit more detailed itinerary. From your post I can understand that you will probably embark on a cruise departing from Tianjin in direction to Philippines, but it is impossible to understand from where do you come from and how long will be your entire transit time in Tianjin (Beijing area).
Just to inform you that Philippine citizens are not eligible for 144 hour visa free transit, but they are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. This means that you can construct your itinerary that the time from your scheduled arrival by plane to Beijing/Tianjin until your departure by cruise is not longer than 24 hours if you want to enjoy 24 hour visa free transit.
Please, just provide us with some more details and the most important are:
- Your airport from where you will arrive in Beijing/Tianjin
- Your entire transit time in Beijing/Tianjin area
- Your first port of call, immediately after Tianjin
- Are you a passenger or a member of the crew on the cruise ship
