About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Transfering flight with two different airlines at PEK

So i have to transfer flight at PEK, my arriving flight is at T3 and my next flight is at T2 on a completely different airline....does that mean I have to pick up my luggage and check in and go through security again for my next flight? I'm assuming this is what I have to do but want to make sure. Thank you in advance for any help anyone is able to provide.

Are you going to transfer from International to International? If yes, you needn't claim your luggage. You are advised to confirm this the airline companies in advance. Good luck! :)
