tourist visa request

currently i am working at Turkish Airlines Inc.(GSA) in / Kabul, Afghanistan, and i would like to visit your respected country as tourist. i hereby kindly requesting you to please provide me the necessary information about tourist L type?

what are the requirement for tourist L type ?
