First of all, HB is a province in China, which contains many cities.
There is no direct flight between these two places. You are advised to take a plane to get to Beijing Capital Airport first. Then there are many direct long-distance buses at the airport that can take you to Qinhuangdao, Langfang, Baoding, Tangshan and Cangzhou (HB Province). :)2
